Terria L. Cooley is Owner, Chief Executive Officer of Professional Pipeline Construction Services, Inc. 

       

Terria is responsible for developing and executing PPCSI strategic and tactical technology, coupled with planning, scheduling and execution for Professional Pipeline Construction Services, Inc., core business, contracting opportunities, new construction projects, and monitoring process improvements. She provides leadership across a wide-spectrum, including Corporate and Career Pipeline Technology Training Programs, Project Management, Planning, Scheduling, Pipeline Construction and LNG New Construction Terminals. She embody our company values, represent various backgrounds and viewpoints, and a depth of experience and expertise from all aspects of the Oil and Gas Pipeline industry and beyond. She's moving her team of professionals forward embracing innovation, raising  the bar for women businesses, and inspiring all to do the same.  Start-up!  

Terria brings more than three decades of experience in Safety, Business Development, Process Technology, Cost Analyst, Project Management, Planning and Scheduling,  in the Oil and Energy Industries.  Prior to PPCSI, Terria served as Founder/CEO of TLC  Engineering Pipeline Construction Services, Pipeline Fundamental Training Programs and leadership roles across EPCM-psi as a Business Development Manager, and LNG Consultant for AXSIBC Business Consulting Firm for building projects, including LNG Terminals managing Civil Engineering Contractors.

Terria is widely recognized as a Leader that helps Women to Thrive in the Oil, Energy, and LNG industries. Her leadership in cyber-security, technology expertise, and overall business executive experience have served her community, as an example of Women Achievers. She served Profit and Non-Profit Organizations as a Motivational Speaker for Safe Passage raising the Awareness for abused families and their children, Winter Women in Non-Traditional Roles Program and the Los Angeles United Way Youth Campaigns. Also the Long Beach Workforce Investment Act (WIOA Programs) and Department of Labor (Faces of Performances) and USC Bridges to Business Alumni.

In 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Terria participated  online in support of   Operation Hope  and CIT One West Bank, Launch and Grow Empowering Women Entrepreneurs programs and The City of Los Angeles LA Women's Entrepreneurs Day Celebration. She is an advocate for supporting LA's Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners. The City of Los Angeles and the Twelfth Council District commended and awarded her for her achievements. She's one of the "Fearless and "Fierce-est Women" in Business.
