  We establish and maintain strategic partnerships with our contractors to complete our work in manners that protect the communities and environments where our facilities and pipelines are located.

Our Contractors Program applies to provincially regulated contractors that have a "Good Safety Record" and combined workforce in United States and Internationally of 100 % or more permanent full-time and permanent part-time employees; and have received an initial federal government goods and services contract valued at $1 million or more (including applicable taxes).
